1. Can I submit a unique payment instead of paying a monthly fee? At this moment, Inserit is offered as a monthly subscription service only.
Subscriptions are renewed on a monthly basis, so if you choose to unsubscribe at any time simply do so before the end of the month and you won't be charged again. Please note that unsubscribing from a plan does not imply any type of refund.
2. Can I use my own hosting? Actually, Inserit is not a hosting company so you do need to have your own hosting services provider. We won't be hosting your (or your clients') sites but only the contents included within the Inserit modules. You or your clients won't have to go through the hassle of having to switch hosting companies.
3. Does Inserit work on Mac? Absolutely.
Inserit works on both Mac and PC regardless.
4. What if I use a web editor other than Dreamweaver? Not a problem.
Inserit works with any web editor in the market.
5. I'm a .NET user, can I use Inserit? You sure can.
Inserit integrates seamlessly in both PHP and ASPX pages regardless

7. Will my clients be able to update their contents on their own? Absolutely.
Through Inserit's content manager they will be able to add, delete and edit any new or existing content effortlessly and in a blink.
8. Will I be able to set friendly addresses for the Inserit modules? Yes
You can set up friendly addresses for each one of our modules.
9. Can you give me a domain? I'm afraid not.
Inserit is not a hosting/domain company and so in order to use it you need to have both an active domain and hosting service.
10. Can I publish contents in multiple languages? You sure can.
You can publish your contents in up to 5 different languages per account.
Other FAQs
1. Can I take my data out of Inserit if I need to? Yes, you can.We'll make things easy for you if you ever choose to take away all your contents.
2. Can I use the Inserit modules in multiple sites paying just one subscription fee? You can certainly manage as many sites as you want under the same account without having to pay the fee each time. You can either be in charge of updating the site contents of your clients yourself (and so you won't need to create multiple accounts) or else have each one of your clients update their own contents themselves (in which case it'd be a good idea to use separate accounts for each client so that each one of them could only access their own site).
3. Can I customize the content manager to have the look and feel of my (or my client's) company? You will be able to do so soon.
We are currently working on distributor accounts through which you will be able to create access keys for your clients and customize the content manager for your clients. Don't like Dreamweaver? No prob, Inserit works with any other web editor in the market.
4. Hey, I just saw a typo! By the way, do I get a free perpetual subscription? We love getting feedback from our users, whether it is to let us know they've spotted a typo or to show us their last site design.
However, I'm afraid we do not offer perpetual subscriptions, so you'lll have to do with a nice and creamy cappuccino if you ever stop by our offices.
5. Can you install all the modules for me, I don't have time to do it! I'm afraid we can't do that.
We work full time to create new updates and improvements for Inserit so that we can offer our users an excellent service. We do however thank you for taking us into consideration and hope you understand.
6. Is it possible to view the content manager in a different language other than English? At this moment the content manager is available in English only.
You can however publish your contents in any language you choose and up to 5 different languages at a time.
7. I don't know HTML and I want my site design to be hot pink and black punk, can you help me? Err... I'm afraid we can't.
Inserit is a content management system for web designers only and so in order to use it you need both HTML and CSS knowledge.
8. How do I cancel my account? Easy.
Simply access the content manager with your registration keys and click on the "Cancel" option at the top of the screen (or the "Unsubscribe" button if you already subscribed to one of our plans).
9. Can I use your modules for other applications? Our modules have many uses apart from the ones specified.
So for example you can use the News modules not only for posting news but also for publishing product or service descriptions, press releases, etc.
10. Can you guys host my site temporarily till I get one of my own? We are really sorry but we do not offer that type of hosting services.
In order to offer a high quality service to our users, our servers only store the contents of the Inserit modules.
11. Can I see the front end and back end of your modules? You sure can.

12. Can I charge my clients a higher monthly fee? Sure thing
You know better than anyone else what you should be charging your clients according to the overall services offered so it's totally up to you to increase the fee to whatever you consider appropriate.
