Application Range

No more editing against the clock, publishing has never been this easy! The News module is the most universal of all Inserit modules, you can use it in a wide variety of contexts such as news, press releases, products, projects, services, latest releases, etc.


Structure

We let you pick specific articles and set them as featured. Featured articles are displayed in any relevant location you choose and can be used to boost your visitor's interest.

When clicking on an article, users view the article details together with any existing linked files or images which they can easily download (catalogues, technical details, etc).

To simplify things, you can additionally add tags to all existing articles. Users will be able to view all articles assigned to a specific tag by clicking on the tag list and/or the tag cloud.

Basic Components

• List of Articles. It displays the title and brief introduction of all existing articles. When clicking on a specific article, users can view its full details.

• Article Details. It displays all the information relating a specific article: title, introduction, date, main text, tags, images and linked files.


Additional Components

• Featured Articles. Highlight some articles by positioning them on your web’s main page or on any other section.

• List of Tags. It displays a list of all article-related tags. When users click on a tag, it displays a list of all related articles.

• Tag Cloud. It displays a cloud of tags. The bigger the tag, the more articles it includes. When users click on a tag, it displays a list of all related articles.

• Monthly Archives. You can additionally sort articles according to its publishing month and year.

• RSS Feed. Let users subscribe to your RSS feed and keep track of new publications.

Management

Through the content manager, you (or your customers) will be able to edit, create and/or delete your contents as well as set a variety of aspects such as the order in which the articles are displayed.

By adding the Private Area module you'll be able to make any articles you choose visible to registered users only.
