Application Range

This module helps you display FAQs about a specific product or service, making it easier for users to get fast and straight answers.

Its adaptability of structure allows its use in other applications such as glossaries, dictionaries, etc.


Structure

You can assign tags to each FAQ and display them through a list of tags or a tag cloud format.

When clicking on a question, users view the tags assigned to that specific FAQ as well as any images or files linked to it. You can additionally choose to display a poll so that readers can vote how useful the help offered was.

You'll be able to pick a certain amount of FAQs to be displayed in a featured area of your choice and let users propose new FAQs through a simple contact form.

Additional Components

• Featured FAQs. Highlight some FAQs by positioning them on your web’s main page or on any other section.

• List of Tags. Display a structured list of all tags assigned to your FAQs.

• Tag Cloud. You can choose to display the tags in different sizes according to the amount of FAQs they have been assigned to.

• New FAQ. Let users suggest new FAQs through a simple contact form. It includes a captcha security image to avoid annoying spam.

Management

Through the management panel, you (or your customers) can edit, create or delete any FAQs, as well as any assigned images, files and tags.

You can also set aspects such as the order in which they're displayed, whether they are shown in the featured area and for how long.
