Application Range
The Contacts module can be universally applied to any website so that its users can easily and directly contact the organization in charge. It can be used for enquiries, catalogue requests, etc.
Structure
You will be able to choose from a wide number of forms with a set of fields to be filled out by the visitor. Such fields can be set as compulsory and/or type controlled.

Additional Components
Want to create your own survey? No problem. Just set the fields you want to be displayed: name, address, email, comments, etc. The system will make sure the required fields are properly filled out and that the data entered is adequate for each field type (such as a valid email). After sending the form, the system automatically informs the visitor that his/her enquiry will be answered shortly.
Management
Through the management panel, you (or your customers) can handle all enquiries. First, you receive a new contact notification email with a link to the Content Manager. After authentification, you will directly access the Enquiry Management section, where you can consult, leave pending or delete any new enquiry.
All answered and pending enquiries are clearly listed. Whenever an enquiry is answered, it gets transferred to the answered enquiries section, and an email is automatically sent to the user with your answer.
