Will I need someone with programming skills to help me?

Nope. In order to use Inserit you only need HTML and CSS knowledge. No other skills are necessary.

What if I use a web editor other than Dreamweaver?

Not a problem, Inserit works with any web editor in the market.

Does Inserit work on Mac?

It sure does. Inserit works just fine on both Mac and PC regardless.

Some of my clients use Linux while others use Windows. Is that a problem?

Not at all. Inserit services are non-dependent on the technological platform on which a site is deployed. You'll be able to design and create web pages on PHP, ASP.NET or on any other type of app server. No more turning down a project due to a lack of knowledge of the platform it needs to be integrated into. Inserit helps you widen your business horizons.

What about updates?

Forget about service or database updates, we’ll do it for you. Inserit updates its services on a regular basis while adding brand new functionalities and new design integration possibilities. There are no software version issues -- we automatically implement the latest versions with the best features currently available. Cool, huh? Imagine not having to worry anymore about keeping up to date with implementations and compatibility issues.

Will my clients be able to update their contents on their own?

Absolutely. Through Inserit's content manager they will be able to add, edit and delete any new or existing contents in a blink.

How does Inserit increase profitability?

Inserit is updated constantly with new service improvements, functionalities and additional dynamic components. By offering your customers and ongoing flow of the latest releases, you'll have the possibility to increase your turnover significantly.

Can I submit a unique payment instead of subscribing to a monthly service?

At this moment, Inserit is available as a monthly subscription service only. Subscriptions are renewed on a monthly basis so you can unsubscribe any time.

Can I use Inserit in multiple sites paying just one subscription fee?

You can indeed integrate Inserit in more than one site without having to pay the fee each time if you choose to update the contents of your clients' sites yourself. If, on the other hand, you'd rather have your clients update their own contents themselves we recommend creating separate accounts so that each client can only view and access their own contents.

Can I charge my clients a higher monthly fee?

Absolutely. You know better than anyone else what you should be charging your clients according to the overall services offered so it's totally up to you to increase the fee to whatever you consider appropriate.

Hosting & Domains

Can I keep my own hosting company?

Absolutely. Inserit is not a hosting or domain company so you actually need to have your own hosting services provider. We will only be hosting the contents of the Inserit modules integrated into your (or your clients') pages.

Can you give me a domain?

I'm afraid not. Inserit is not a hosting/domain provider so in order to use it you need to have both an active domain and hosting company.

Can you guys host my site temporarily till I get one of my own?

We are really sorry but in order to be able to offer our clients a high quality service our servers only store the contents of the Inserit modules.

Can I see the front end and back end of your modules?

You sure can! You can check our demo sites to see what the Inserit modules look like or else sign up to access the content manager and see how Inserit works.

Can I publish my contents in more than one language?

Absolutely. You can publish your contents in as many as 5 different languages per account.

Can I take my data out of Inserit if I need to?

Yes, you can. We'll make things easy for you if you ever choose to take away all your contents.

What’s the level of usability of Inserit's content manager?

Our whole team has put a great effort in creating an extremely transparent and intuitive interface so your clients won't have any problems using it. Plus they'll never know they're using Inserit's content manager since we offer generic addresses.

Hey, I just saw a typo! By the way, do I get a free perpetual subscription?

As much as we love getting feedback from our users, whether it is to let us know they've spotted a typo or to show us their last site design, we do not offer perpetual subscriptions. However, you can be sure we'll treat you to a nice and creamy cappuccino if you ever stop by our offices!

Can you install all the modules for me, I don't have time to do it!

I'm afraid we can't do that, we work full time to offer the best experience to our users and can't possibly take any additional tasks. We do however thank you for taking us into consideration and hope you understand.

Will I be able to set friendly addresses with Inserit?

Yes, you can set up friendly addresses with Inserit. To get started, access the content manager and click on the "Inserit settings" section on the left side menu. Once in, check our "Online setup guide" to get the ball rolling.

Is it possible to view the content manager in a different language other than English?

At this moment the content manager is available in English only. You can however publish your contents in any language you choose and up to 5 different languages at a time.

I don't know HTML and I'd like my site to be hot pink and black punk, can you help me?

Ehhh... nope. Inserit is a content management system specially targetted to web designers, so in order to use it you need both HTML and CSS knowledge.

How do I cancel my account?

Easy, simply access the content manager with your registration keys and click on "Cancel" at the top of the screen (or on "Unsubscribe" if you already subscribed to one of our plans).
