How do you manage to create web pages with live contents?
I have no programming experience and, to be honest, I got better things to do with my time other than staying up till dawn trying to figure out which line of code needs fixing. So, instead, I would resort to other options such as CMSs ... but those are harder to learn and have many limitations when trying to integrate my designs into their built-in templates.

What about hiring a programmer?
That might solve the problem but since I’m used to working on my own, having to depend on others to meet deadlines really gets me. So instead I resorted to easy solutions such as using templates or simply creating static pages... those have its cons but are easier to deal with.

Not only on the estimate but also on the final layout. Most of the time having to deal with code caused annoying layout constraints and more often than not great ideas would have to be pushed aside.

Running a large web design company implies having at least one programmer as part of your staff.
